SBCGlobal email service is owned by AT&T, and we all know that. Perhaps that’s the reason that we are using SBCGlobal email because it gives us a sense of confidence to know that the product or service that we are using belongs to a reliable brand. SBCGlobal was a reliable brand when it was flying solo, but has emerged even a bigger brand after being merged into AT&T network.
SBCGlobal email is being used by people from different parts of the world. The simplicity, features, and ease of sending and receiving emails make this email service desirable. But, there is one aspect of SBCGlobal email login that many people would like to change, i.e., ‘threads’. We all know that threads contain useful information most of the time, but sometimes, getting notifications after every new comment seems to be a bit annoying. Especially when threads are not relevant to the information that we are seeking in the first place. So, people want to know how they can ignore those threads and focus on other tasks. This is exactly what we are going to discuss in this blog post.
What is a thread and why you should ignore it?
A thread in online terms is a chain of messages that are published by multiple users over a topic. Generally, one person asks a question and all others respond to that question with their own answers. Threads are a great way to get new information about something, but at times, they can be frustrating as well. When you start getting notifications on your email on a topic, which you have no interest in whatsoever, then it surely is going to annoy you. So, what you can do is, you can ignore those threads. By doing that, you will not be able to get any message related to that particular thread, which you have ignored.
How to ignore threads?
To ignore a particular thread, click on it and then, select the option of ‘ignore thread’ from the list of options that appears after you select that thread. If you wish to enable a thread, which you’ve disabled before, then you can enable it by pressing ‘K’ key on the keyboard. Get in touch with SBCGlobal mail experts if you are not able to enable the thread.
The messages that you get after enabling the thread will not be deleted, and are going to remain in the inbox. You can’t find those messages in the window pane, but if you want those messages again, then better get in touch with my email helpline experts.
If you want to change or restore SBCGlobal Email Settings, then that can be done by going into the settings itself. If you have any blocked conversation in the email account, then you won’t be able to receive notification for that particular conversation. If you want to receive notifications and/or responses from a blocked email address, then you will have to consult email experts for that.
